Culinary Medicine is a new way of thinking about health that brings together cooking and nutrition. It focuses on using everyday food and simple cooking skills to help prevent and manage disease, not just treat it after it appears.
Instead of strict diets, Culinary Medicine teaches people how to choose and prepare tasty, healthy meals they can enjoy at home. It is based on scientific research but feels practical and hands-on, showing how ingredients, recipes, and cooking methods can support better health.
Culinary Medicine often includes cooking classes, recipes, and guidance from health and food professionals. These help people gain confidence in the kitchen, improve what they eat, and support long-term health for themselves and their families.
